    I never received the name of my swap partner. Very disappointed as I signed up over a month ago. Also couldn’t sign in until today. Wrote 2 emails about it and never got a response. Can I cancel my membership? No sense in paying for something I can’t access or use.

    • Also- so glad you were able to login and find the spot! Sorry about missing your email about the issues. One of the updates with the new year will be that reset password for logging in. It’s totally spotty in working sometimes. 🙁
