This is a holiday themed quilt. You can choose your holiday and then pick colors to match it.
Some examples below- but they aren’t set in stone. Feel free to edit and change things up if needed.
For the background, I had a nice mix of values. There is a small part in the quilt where you use a darker background, so keep this in mind.
A scrappy collection within each color will work great.
Dates: Every day a new step + a live video you can join! Check the calendar for the info.
September 27- Materials and Tracking sheet
September 30- Step 1
October 1- Step 2
October 2- Step 3
October 3- Step 4
October 4- Step 5 and full reveal of quilt layout.
You’ll have the weekend to finish up and share your progress, with winner announced on Monday the 7th for giveaways and drawings!

It’s so pretty! I love how dramatic and yet simple this pattern is. Resisting the urge to make one up for Valentine’s day and the Fourth of July now.

Help! Having issues with sewing together the middle block. I do the first 2 rows and it looks good. I go to sew the 3rd row and it is pretty off. I have taken apart the 3rd row and all the squares measure correctly. I’m not shooting for perfection since it’s my first quilt but just wanting any tips you guys might have. Thank you!!
